Nano Init is 'how fast you cast'. As Adventurers are a casting profession, this skill is absolutely vital. The higher this skill is, the faster you'll heal, until eventually, the heals will be instant :).

This is the key way you'll be staying alive. The faster you heal, the harder it will be to die.
