If you're wanting to hit harder, there are a couple things you can do ;)

You can put a better damaging weapon on. Usually, if the ql is roughly the same, you'll be sacrificing something (usually speed) in order to gain damage. Getting AddAllOff items will allow you to hit harder (as long as you aren't already at your MBS. Getting "Add Damage to Weapon Type" items/implants will also raise your damage. Finally, you can always raise the weapon skills, via either IP or by implanting either more heavily or with higher QL implants.
