General PVP Tips/Strategies

Ever thought about PVP as an Adventurer? It's actually quite fun ;) In this article, i'm going to outline a few tips/strategies that should improve your odds in both arena and mass pvp.

First of all, there are a few important things to realize:
1) PVP should be fun. If it's not fun, it's not worth doing ;)
2) The more comfortable you get with the way your character works, the better you'll do. (A good way to practice this is to go solo about 10 missions in a row. Practice things like timing, letting mobs get you down to 1/4 hp and then coming back by using a combo of heals/first aids/other)
3) You will die. Get used to it. The quicker you can accept it, the better you can learn how to avoid it. Once you get over the fear of dying, it will be much easier to have fun. Don't make pvp mean so much to you that you'd be depressed by dying. Titles mean nothing if they mean everything ;)
4) One of the first things that you have to do is get rid of the 'fear' that locks you up the second that music starts and another player attacks you ;) Get desensitized to it as soon as possible and you'll get markedly better.

Now that we've gone over some of the mental preparations for pvp, how about actual knowledge? ;)

1)Adventurers win fights for the most part by outlasting an opponent rather than alpha killing. (fixers are a big exception to that). Because fights often last a long time, it's important to pay attention to this next thing:
2)One of the most important things is to have NANO first aids of as high a ql as you can use. This is really really really important. This will be the way that you regain nano. DO NOT use hp first aids as you'll just be wasting your first aid skill ;)
3)Get as much nano cost reducing equipment as possible. Even if you can't obtain a GPH (Stats) or an Azure Breastplate (Stats), you can still at least use a ql 200 Hardcore CPU Upgrade (Stats) (always have this on)
4)Unless you're specifically fighting self buffed, get as many good buffs as possible. (Note that good buffs include rrfe/behe/gsf/ncu/hot/etc...)

Well, that basically concludes my general PVP advice at this time :) Hope it helps you all in some way ;)
