In my opinion, this is the strongest perk line that the adventurer can choose. Shadowlands seems to have changed quite a few things about the adventurer profession. One of the things that it changed for the better is that we can tank better than ever before. The new lick wounds for each of our morphs combined with the bio shielding perk line will do quite a bit to improve how well adventurers can take hits.

That said, since there are 10 levels of bio shielding, it may be hard to justify spending 1/2 of your level 200 perk points on it or 1/4 of your total points. Let me assure you, there is no perk line better than bio shielding. No, not even acrobat. Bio Shielding is better. I would of course also recommend training acrobat, but I do want to stress the importance of bio shielding. At level 10, Bio Shield gives you a 120 to your damage shield, Bio Cocoon gives you a 10,000 absorb, Bio Rejuvination is a decent sized AoE heal that heals all friendlies in area. Bio Regrowth is a massive (29 ticks of 500 hp every second) targettable heal. Aside from the actions, just having 10 levels of Bio Shielding gives you a permanant +890 to AC, 3% reflect and 80 point damage shield. I wouldn't recommend any perk line more than this one.
